From when can I check in?
Check-in is possible from 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm. We would like to be informed in advance of your arrival time and ensure that our host is present at that time for your arrival.
I am not yet 18, can I check in myself?
Check-in is possible from the age of 18 years. Minors must always be accompanied by a parent / guardian who is at least 21 years old.
Before what time do I have to check out?
You can check out between 8:00 am and 11:00 am.
Until when can I cancel free of charge?
Our cancellation policy applies that cancellation is free of charge up to 14 days before arrival date. With a non-refundable booking, free cancellation is not possible.
When do I have to pay?
In general, the agreed price + the tourist tax must be paid when the booking is finalized. Other costs can be paid on arrival with a payment request or in cash.
Are children welcome in the residence?
Yes, children are very welcome! A baby cot, high chair and a diaper change pillow are standard available.
How many people are allowed to stay.
We have a permit for 4 people.
Are pets allowed in the hotel?
Unfortunately, we cannot allow pets in the residence.
What if something is stolen or damaged?
As much as we would like, we cannot guarantee that your belongings are safe in and around the accommodation. Our advice is therefore not to leave your belongings unattended in your car or on the property. Gieters Gruttertje is not liable for loss, damage or theft of your belongings. Parking of vehicles, including bicycles, is at your own risk.
In the event of loss, damage or theft, we advise you to report this to your insurance company and / or to report it to the police. If necessary, we are happy to help you.
Can I smoke in the residence?
The indoor area is non-smoking, but we do have a veranda with a seat where smoking is allowed.
If the fire alarm is triggered by smoking in the room, the call-out costs of the fire brigade of € 500 will be charged to you.
